How to activate payments

Start accepting credit cards in minutes.

We've partnered with PaidYET to handle all credit card processing for our Retail POS. PaidYET is a secure, merchant-grade payment platform that gets you up and running fast. Follow these three steps to activate card payments:

Sign up for a PaidYET Merchant Account

Create your free PaidYET account using FillFrog's merchant referral link:

Generate your API Key

Log into your PaidYET dashboard and navigate to Settings → Developer tab. Create a new API Key — this is what connects your PaidYET account to our Retail POS.

Paste your API Key into FillFrog Settings

In our Retail POS, go to Settings → PaidYET Gateway. Enter your PaidYET Paypage subdomain and paste your API Key into the field shown below, then click Save Settings. You're ready to process card payments. Optionally, enter your terminal's Device Key (serial number) to enable "Send to Terminal" for physical card readers.

Compatible hardware

Browser + tablet + terminal.

Your tablet runs our Retail POS in a browser. When a customer pays by card, FillFrog sends the transaction wirelessly to your PAX terminal — which handles the secure card read and sends the result back. Simple.

Runs pos.fillfrog.com in any browser. This is your cashier screen — products, cart, and checkout all live here.

Wireless connection

When you tap "Send to Terminal," FillFrog sends the transaction amount to your PAX terminal over your local Wi-Fi network.

PAX card terminal

The PAX terminal shows the total, the customer taps or inserts their card, and the result is sent back to FillFrog. Done.
